Your order confirmation email serves as your VAT receipt. All prices on our site include UK VAT at 20%. If you need a formal VAT invoice, email Info@zyphorahub.com with your order number.

Standard delivery to UK mainland takes 2–4 working days. Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and Channel Islands may take 3–6 working days. Express delivery (order before 1pm) arrives in 1–2 working days. All times are estimates and exclude weekends and public holidays.

Once your order is dispatched you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. You can also check order status in My Account. If you haven't received a dispatch email within 2 working days, check your spam folder then contact us.

Not yet — we currently deliver to all UK addresses only, including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, and Isle of Man. International shipping is something we plan to offer in the future. Sign up to our newsletter to be notified when it launches.

First, check your tracking link. If it shows delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbours and your local sorting office. If you still can't locate it, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll investigate with the courier.

You have 14 days from delivery to return any unwanted item under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Read our full Returns & Refunds Policy for step-by-step instructions.

Email returns@zyphorahub.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We'll reply within 2 business days with return instructions. Do not send items back without contacting us first.

We process refunds within 3–5 working days of receiving your returned item. How long it then takes to appear depends on your payment method:

• Debit/Credit card — 3–5 working days
• PayPal — 1–3 working days
• Klarna — 5–7 working days

We're sorry to hear that. Email returns@zyphorahub.com with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, and we'll cover the cost of return postage for faulty items.

Yes — every product we sell is 100% officially licensed. We hold brand authorisations for Care Bears, K'NEX, and Baby Paws, and source all stock from authorised UK distributor Basic Fun UK. You'll never find counterfeit or grey-market products here.

All our toys comply with UK toy safety regulations and carry the EN71 safety mark. EN71 is the European and UK standard for toy safety, covering mechanical, physical, chemical, and flammability tests. Age recommendations on each product should always be followed.

Care Bears and Baby Paws plush toys are surface washable only — do not machine wash. Gently spot-clean with a damp cloth and mild soap, then leave to air dry fully before use. Do not tumble dry, iron, or dry clean.

Yes — K'NEX rods and connectors use a universal system that has remained compatible across sets for many years. The K'NEX Fast Vehicles Building Set is compatible with other K'NEX Classic sets.

Absolutely. Our checkout is secured with SSL encryption (look for the padlock in your browser). Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal — both PCI DSS Level 1 compliant providers. We never see or store your full card number.

Yes — all prices are shown and charged in British Pounds (£) including VAT at 20%. No currency conversion or hidden fees.

No — you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, view order history, and save your delivery address for faster checkout next time.

Click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email, or email Info@zyphorahub.com and we'll remove you immediately. You'll still receive transactional emails (order confirmation, dispatch) as these are necessary for your order.
