2. Ordering
Placing an order
When you place an order on zyphorahub.com, you are making an offer to purchase goods from us. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us. We will send you an order confirmation email when we receive your order, but this does not constitute acceptance.
Order acceptance
A contract between you and Zyphora Hub Ltd is formed when we dispatch your order and send you a dispatch confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example if we believe the order is fraudulent or if a product is no longer available.
Age requirements
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this website. Age guidance on products (e.g. "Ages 3+") refers to the intended user, not the purchaser.
3. Pricing & payment
Prices
All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT at the current UK rate (20%). Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.
Price accuracy
We take care to ensure all prices are correct. If we discover a pricing error after you have placed an order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible. You will have the option to reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
Payment methods
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Klarna (Buy Now Pay Later). All card transactions are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your card details.
Klarna
Klarna payment options are subject to Klarna's own terms and conditions. Klarna performs its own credit checks. We are not responsible for any decisions Klarna makes regarding your eligibility.
4. Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery times and charges are set out on our Shipping Information page. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances outside our control.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. If your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier.
5. Cancellation & returns
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

6. Product information
We make every effort to display product descriptions, images, and specifications accurately. However, slight variations in colour may occur due to monitor settings. Product images are for illustrative purposes.
All toys sold on zyphorahub.com are officially licensed products sourced from authorised UK distributors and comply with UK toy safety regulations (EN71).
Age guidance on products is advisory. Parents should assess the suitability of a product for their child. Always supervise young children with toys.
7. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any breach of the terms implied by the Consumer Rights Act 2015
- Any other liability that cannot be excluded by law
Subject to the above, our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total price paid for the goods in that order.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment.

The content on zyphorahub.com — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by Zyphora Hub Ltd or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our written permission.
Brand names and logos (Care Bears, K'NEX, Baby Paws, Harry Potter) are trademarks of their respective owners and are used by us under licence. We make no claim of ownership over these trademarks.
9. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
