How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 2–4 working days to UK mainland addresses. Express delivery (1–2 working days) is also available. Orders over £30 qualify for free standard delivery. See our Shipping Information page for full details.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Yes — you have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us that you'd like to return it. Items must be unused and in original packaging. We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving the return. See our full Returns Policy.

Are your products genuine and officially licensed?

Yes, 100%. All products sold at Zyphora Hub are officially licensed and sourced directly from authorised UK distributors. Every toy is EN71 safety-tested. We do not sell grey imports or counterfeit products.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Not yet — we currently deliver to UK addresses only (including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, and Isle of Man). International shipping is something we plan to offer in the future.

Can I pay using Klarna?

Yes — we accept Klarna Buy Now Pay Later alongside Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. Klarna is subject to their own eligibility checks and terms.
